This lightened the load on humans manually verifying ID and documentation while also enabling clients to invest, trade and send/receive funds with significantly shorter initial delays.
  • Created a unified and cohesive navigation experience tying the suite of web products together for the first time. This included unifying both top nav and footer, enabling how clients switch between products and a net new global settings experience for new-to-desktop-ecosystem products Trade, Crypto and Tax.
  • Launched experiments aimed at either increasing top of funnel conversion, or reducing churn throughout the onboarding experience. Projects included reframing how we request sensitive information like SIN/SSN and gender information.
  • Contributing member of the design systems and a11y teams.
  • Participated in inaugural mentorship program.

Preliminary work included manually labelling, and removing content not fit for viewers. All experiences were tested with Wattpad readers and writers to ensure both ease of use as well as acceptance.
  • Audited all platforms (web, iOS and Android) noting all colour, typographic, and icon inconsistencies. Then leverage this preliminary work to better inform the building blocks of our design system that was centered around the launch of Wattpads rebrand.
