Lead the creation of Loops warranty solution, enabling merchants to create and manage flexible warranty policies while allowing their shoppers to submit claims with ease.
Lead Benchmarks by Loop a zero-to-one product, allowing merchants to understand and compare their post-purchase performance. Concept to launch within my first ~60 days.
